Below you will find launch deployers designed and constructed in Germany by ECM launch services. Proven and patented technology ensures a highly effective deployment of your satellite and minimizes issues like unwanted spinning or collisions between the payload and the launch adapter structure.

We provide launch adapter products for instant solutions fitting your small satellite and satellites of the CubeSat family. Following the CubeSat classification, we offer deployers for satellites ranging from 1U (single unit) up to 16U for large configurations as well as launch adapter assemblies for simultaneous deployment of multiple satellites and form factors. Environmental testing

Environmental testing is a crucial field necessary to provide evidence that the spacecraft performs in accordance with its specifications in the intended environments with the specified margins

Beyond that, public authorities and launch providers require a successful testing program prior to the launch of the satellite.

We offer environmental testing for your satellite on acceptance and qualification levels including documentation and analysis of test results. Upon our customer’s request, our services include the complete arrangement of the satellite test campaign. Capable to perform environmental testing of satellite components, subsystems and complete satellite systems, a maximum of safety can be provided following officially accredited regulations and standards. Your hardware will be tested in a simulated space environment related to the in-orbit conditions of the satellite and exposed to the mechanical loads occuring during launch of the Soyuz launch vehicle.

Mechanical testing preparations

Integration facility

We have experience in providing integration services for separation systems and satellites of clients throughout Berlin

We are equipped with a cleanroom in which the concentration of airborne particles is controlled. The introduction, generation and retention of particles inside the room are minimized by our air supply, conditioning and filtration equipment. Other relevant parameters, e.g. temperature, humidity and pressure, are controlled as necessary.

Our cleanroom is classified as an ISO 14644 Class 5 environment limiting the maximum concentration of particles/m3 to 100 000 for particle diameters equal and larger than 0,1µm. Therefore, we provide an environment according to the ECSS requirements for cleanliness and contamination control, which allows conforming to space product assurance during the integration of your satellite system.
